On the winter of 1984, we had a winter retreat by renting CCC Training Center. At that time, one who worked at Organization Bureau of Keuk Dong Broadcasting was passing by the training center and seeing the banner came to our conference. After he listened to the Words, he suggested Broadcasting Sermon to me. Therefore, later I preached sermons on every Friday, named 'Good News' at Keuk Dong Broadcasting. I received letters that many people changed listening to the sermons. The broadcasting was also heard to brethren far in China. I could see how happy they are receiving salvation listening to the Gospel.

However, as the broadcasting continued the more crowds that requested interruption raised and threatened the broadcasting station. Yet, God allowed to preach the Gospel completely and interrupted the Broadcasting Sermon. God allowed it to happen, so that he could open a new way in front of us. Because the One who started the Broadcasting Sermon was God, I could see that the One who interrupted was not human, but, God. So, all the pastors who work with me, gathered wondering, 'this time what way did God prepare?' asked for the God's will and prayed. God showed His Will that He would preach the Gospel through writing. By the Will of God, I called Pastor Wook Yong Kim to come to Seoul from Cheon Ahn and appointed him as a pastor in charge of Writing Mission. In addition, all the pastors were happy with it.
It was very unacquainted, for it was a new work. We did not know what to do, but we were sure that God would open the way. On November, 1985 as the Broadcasting Sermon was interrupted, we decided to make monthly magazine, 'Good News' on 1986, and had our initial publication on April. We got permission from the monthly magazine, 'Lives of Victory' which is discontinued 10 years already to excerpt. With the articles of pastors who are working in nation and testimonies from brothers and sisters we were able to publish.
In other way, I wanted to publish Sermon Book. I did not know what to make and how to make it. At the same year on October we rented Pusan Isabelle Girls High School Hall and had 'Grand Conference for Pusan Citizen.' Through the Conference numerous souls received salvation. I heard after the conference many people received salvation through the Sermon Tapes that recorded the conference. Especially, at a seminary 30 senior students listened to the tapes and it became a great riot in school. In the midst of them, four students gave testimony saying 'I received salvation finally,' and they could not graduate and expulsed from school. After they were expulsed from school, they came to the missionary school and were trained. Now two of them are Missionary Yong jae Lee in Peru and Pastor Young Chul Chang in East Pusan. When we heard, 'Through the Sermon Tapes the works of Salvation rises in souls that were hardened of long religious life,' we were deeply inspired and happy. At that time, seeing the heart of God that wants to publish a book with this sermon, few brothers wrote down sermon tapes and organized and made a manuscript.

However, the problem was that we did not have publisher. Therefore, we had to publish by the help of other publisher. We did not know which publisher would help us. Especially, since Christian publisher seemed like it would not help us, we fasted one day and prayed before God. By a certain person I had a chance to meet a representative of Christian Literature Mission (CLC), Dr. Young Ho Park. I gave my testimony to him and showed the manuscript, and he was very pleased. Nevertheless, he said, ‘the editor has the right to decide, so I need to discuss with him,’ and called him with interphone.
The editor came and greeted me gladly saying, “Pastor Park, what brings you here.” I did not know what he meant and asked him, “I don’t know you well, but how do you know me?” Then, he said, “I attended your conference and received a lot of grace. For your book, I would do anything.” In addition, he received my manuscript. We could see that God was preparing ahead of us for the book.
When the book came out for the first time, we pleaded, ‘God, save a lot of souls through this book.’ More than we expected numerous souls came back to the Lord reading the book.
In spite of souls who read the book and received salvation and change, many people opposed the book. They called CLC and severely protested, ‘why did you publish the book?’ Because of these incidents it was hard for CLC to publish our books anymore. We only had to look up to God to see how He would work.
To get a Publishing Registration we gave all the documents that the district office requested. However, we received a letter saying, ‘Being in conflict with the press basic law cannot allow the publishing registration at all.’ Therefore, we could not register for the publishing, and other Christian publisher also CLC could not cooperate with us. For the last time CLC printed out a lot of amount of books at once. Until those books are out, God had to open a new way.

Around that time, Mr. Tae Woo Noe had ‘6.29 Declaration.’ In the midst of 6.29 Declaration, there was an entry that it would abolishes the press basic law stating, ‘Control Law will be abolished to freely register the press and the publishing.’ In other words, before it was a ‘license system’ with many conditions, but after the 6.29 Declaration it changed to ‘registration system’ that we could freely register and publish.
We hastily prepared documents and registered publisher to the district office. By the date of December 29th, 1987 we had our own publisher registered. Therefore, soon with the name of ‘Good New Publishing’ we were able to publish the book, ‘the secret of forgiveness and being born again.’ Starting from this book, we were able to publish the second and third book of ‘the secret of forgiveness and being born again, ‘ and other books. It has been 10 years already publishing monthly Good News Magazine. Including second and third book of ‘the secret of forgiveness and being born again’ over 300, 000 books were published and given to every spot of this world. To militaries, prisons, and to the other nations, the book was given rising above beliefs. Especially, when we heard that the books were delivered to Koreans residing abroad and received grace, we could not help but to praise the Lord by the precious Works of God.
